Also known as The Minimal Mom, my family and I have lived as minimalists for over nine years now. Passionate about the message of minimalism, I reach over a million people each month on YouTube sharing practical tips and ideas to simplify and declutter.

I am the author of the Declutter Your Home in 15 Minutes a Day workbook and course, and co-creator of the Take Your House Back course.

I live with my family on a farm just outside of the Twin Cities in Minnesota with my four kids ages 10-14.

I've been happily married to my high school sweetheart for an incredible 14 years now. Together, we've built a loving and fun home in the charming city of Elko with our four kids, Adrianna, Tyler, Lucas, and William. They are the light of our lives and keep life so interesting.

After dedicating myself to raising my wonderful kids, I felt the time was right to explore new horizons in 2019. That's when God nudged me into the business of professional organizing. Kelsie and I soon became an unstoppable team.

With a degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota, I was excited to use my passion for helping people and making a big difference in their wellbeing. I've always had this natural inclination to declutter and organize things, but I don't get caught up in perfection. I love things to make sense and am quite sentimental, which is a unique quality for a professional organizer.

I pride myself on having a powerful ability to make just about anyone comfortable and I hope to help you make a big difference in YOUR wellbeing and happiness one day soon!

Organizing just comes natural to me and I’ve always felt a strong passion for using my gift to help others. I decided to turn my passion into a career in 2017 when I founded Peaceful Life Organizing Solutions. Over the years I’ve explored all areas of the profession through hours of research, books, experienced speakers, and fellow business owners. I’m always learning and growing to better my craft, and I love finding the latest trends and organizing techniques.

I like to leave each space knowing that I’ve helped someone. When you work with me, you’ll be working with a friend and partner, in a completely judgment free zone. Having a support system creates confidence for my clients and I believe God sent us here to help. I love clean lines, tidy spaces, and labels, labels, labels! I love incorporating the tiny details and using my creativity to make each space shine! I have a corky personality and I love to have FUN, finding joy wherever I am, every, single, day!

I live in MN with my husband Jake and three children, Kylie, Lily, and Kassen.

Our story...

Dawn, Kristen and Kelsie quickly bonded over their love of two things:

1) Decluttering: Seeing women set free in their homes by removing the clutter and taking back control of their lives.

2) Helping women in domestic abuse and trafficking situations. Because of this, a portion of all proceeds goes to help local domestic abuse shelters and other organizations that support abuse victims.
